The two-week Barista course includes classroom instruction in Customer Service English followed by a minimum of two weeks of training in and then operating in-house café, serving coffee and learning the ins-and-outs of all aspects of operating a small hospitality business.

The food safety supervisor course delivered by TCA is a Nationally Recognised Course. The course is delivered 100% online with the support of an allocated trainer.
