Barista Course

The Barista program is exclusive to our Brisbane and Noosa Campus, provides high-quality Barista and Customer English training.
Every student will receive at least eight hours of supervised work experience in our fully operational café, meaning that graduates are in high demand from local employers.
Altrettanto importante, abbiamo incluso due unità di Formazione Riconosciuta a Livello Nazionale – SITXFSA005 (Use hygienic practices for food safety) and SITHFAB025 (Prepare and serve espresso coffee) – entrambe di fondamentale importanza per trovare lavoro nel settore della ristorazione.

Il programma Barista di due settimane include formazione sulle competenze di Servizio Clienti integrate in due settimane di training nel nostro caffè interno operativo. Gli studenti prepareranno e serviranno caffè e impareranno alcuni aspetti della gestione di un piccolo caffè.
This program is designed to provide some of the language and work skills that are in high demand from Australian employers. It is ideally suited to students on either a Working Holiday or Student Visa, who are looking to maximise their employment opportunities in Australia.

- Follow hygiene procedures and identify food hazards
- Report any personal health issues
- Prevent food contamination
- Prevent cross-contamination by washing hands
- Organise coffee workstation
- Select and grind coffee beans
- Advise customers and take espresso coffee orders
- Extract and monitor quality of espresso
- Undertake milk texturing process
- Serve espresso coffee beverages
- Clean espresso equipment
- Prioritise customers
- Communicate with customers
- Explain price availability product benefits
- Follow directions & carry out instructions
- Recognise customer problems and resolve them
- Record simple notes and basic information

Great food, service and price. We visit regularly and have never been disappointed. Service is always attentive but not OTT. Food is excellent, the choice of courses might be limited but all options suit our taste. Will be back very soon.
Great place to dine. Friendly service and great food. Prices have increased slightly but it is still cheap compared to other eateries in Noosa. We will return!
